Buyers Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, you will be charged a $10 restock fee and the original shipping charges to reship the package. We will replace any items that are lost or damaged by the mail service. New product(s) will be sent after receiving confirmation of the reimbursement from the mail service provider. Update: 1/8/23: This is a Wonderful product and I am glad to add this to my routine. It feels good while waiting for an hour and is refreshing to the scalp. My roots feel thicker and I will definately be buying this on the regular. I will update in a few months because it is Really That Good! Thank you Mrs. Carol! :)
