Buyers Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, you will be charged a $10 restock fee and the original shipping charges to reship the package. We will replace any items that are lost or damaged by the mail service. New product(s) will be sent after receiving confirmation of the reimbursement from the mail service provider. Words can not explain how much I love these products. I’ve been shopping with this business for over a year now going on two and my hair has never been healthier. I’ve completely went all natural for my hair and it’s the best thing I could’ve done for my 4C hair! I no longer buy manufacturer made products or those big brands. I’m strictly all natural. And here at happy being nappy I have not found a product that my hair doesn’t love! And it’s a extra plus that carols so sweet! And she takes time to educate you!
