First terrible experience on Etsy! Bought two jars based on customers reviews. When opened the package it smelled like strongest mens cologne inside. I packed it back in box right away and put it outside. It literally took several hours to air out the house. Yes, it was that bad! Seller's first reply in regards to return the jars since they were unopened: "Read description! No Returns. No refunds!..."Etsy was not helpful either since they can not dispute the case based on product smell. Seller's second reply was "Perhaps, the postal worker had strong perfume on while handling that package."Just will not take any responsibility for it!The heavy smell came from INSIDE and the bags that jars were wrapped with had signs of smudges.So after all the trouble and money spent the package with so called "All Natural cream" went to trash!

This salve did not work for me after several days us. Fast service and purchased because of the good reviews but it did not work for my arthritis with thorough massaging into arthritic hands, shoulders and knees.
