Buyers Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, you will be charged a $10 restock fee and the original shipping charges to reship the package. We will replace any items that are lost or damaged by the mail service. New product(s) will be sent after receiving confirmation of the reimbursement from the mail service provider. I had terrible dry and inflamed scalp with scabs, I tried medicated shampoo and nothing worked. It was so bad that I would cry from the burning. But then I got the shampoo and hot oil treatment and it’s made such a difference! I am so thankful for this and the ingredients are amazing! My hair is even starting to have a healthy shine to it again. 110% recommend!!!
